Eggscape, including but not limited to its name, logo, game design, source code, visual assets, artwork, sprites, animations, sound effects, music, user interface design, and all other creative and technical elements, is the original intellectual property of its creators.
PROTECTED WORKS
The following elements are protected by copyright and/or trademark:
- Game Title & Branding — "Eggscape" name, logos, and associated branding materials
- Visual Assets — all sprites, character designs, backgrounds, tilesets, animations, and UI elements
- Audio — all music, sound effects, and audio compositions used in the Game
- Source Code — all game logic, backend systems, smart contract interactions, and infrastructure code
- Game Design — gameplay mechanics, level designs, scoring systems, and economy design
- Written Content — all in-game text, descriptions, documentation, and marketing materials
- Token Branding — the $EGGSCAPE token name and any associated imagery or branding
PERMITTED USE
You are permitted to:
- Play and enjoy the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Share screenshots or short video clips of gameplay for non-commercial purposes (social media, personal blogs, reviews) with proper attribution to Eggscape
- Link to the Game or its official pages
PROHIBITED USE
Without explicit written permission from Eggscape, you may NOT:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute the Game or any of its components
- Create derivative works, modifications, or adaptations of any copyrighted material
- Use any game assets, artwork, music, or code in your own projects or products
- Use the Eggscape name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement or affiliation
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Game
- Extract, rip, or download game assets (sprites, audio, code) for any purpose
- Use any copyrighted material for training AI or machine learning models
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Game may include third-party software, libraries, and assets that are subject to their own licenses. Such components remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their applicable licenses.
Third-party trademarks referenced in the Game (e.g., Solana, Phantom, Firebase) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

If you believe that any content in the Game infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
