Privacy Policy

We do not collect, use, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Eggscape ("the Game," "we," "us," "our") is designed to operate with minimal data. We do not require email addresses, real names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any personally identifiable information (PII) to use the Game.
Your Solana wallet public address is the only identifier used, and it is not linked to any personal identity by us.
The following non-personal data is stored to operate the Game:
This data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with security rules that prevent unauthorized access.
Analytics are optional and only activated if you interact with the chat feature. If you only play the game and never open or use chat, no analytics data is collected whatsoever.

No personal data, wallet addresses, game scores, or financial information is included in analytics. Analytics data cannot be used to identify individual users.
By using the Game you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. However, if you decline to consent to data collection, you may still access features of the dApp that do not require such data.
Some functionality (such as chat, rewards tracking, and leaderboard features) may be limited if you decline consent, as these features require storing data associated with your wallet address to function.
We do not use coercive measures, dark patterns, or deceptive interfaces to force consent.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise provide your data to any third party. Period.
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, social media platforms, or any commercial entity.
The only third-party services that process data as part of Game operation are:
We ensure that all third-party service providers who have access to User Data are contractually or legally obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as required by this policy and applicable Solana Publisher Policies. These providers are prohibited from using any data beyond what is strictly necessary for their operational purpose.
We will not voluntarily provide any user data to any government, law enforcement agency, intelligence service, or any other governmental body.
We will only disclose user data if ALL of the following conditions are met:
We will notify affected users of any data disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so (e.g., under a gag order), and we will challenge gag orders where legally permissible.
Informal requests, subpoenas without judicial oversight, national security letters, and other non-judicial demands will be refused.
Game data (scores, credits, token balances) is retained as long as the Game is operational. Chat messages are stored indefinitely but may be pruned to the most recent messages for performance.
Users may request the deletion of their account and all associated data by emailing nic@degensend.com. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove all Firestore data associated with your wallet address within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted as they are part of the permanent public ledger.

Firebase may set its own cookies for authentication purposes. No tracking cookies are used.
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not collect User Data from minors (as defined by applicable law) without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
If we learn that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete that data immediately. If you believe a minor is using the Game without proper consent, please contact us at nic@degensend.com.
Data is processed and stored on servers that may be located outside your country. By using the Game, you consent to this transfer. We aim to comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (for EU users) and CCPA (for California residents). Since we collect no personal data, most data protection obligations are inherently satisfied.
Eggscape maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material.
Any user who posts, shares, transmits, links to, or distributes CSAM or any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors through the Game's chat, or any other feature:
This policy exists to protect children and is non-negotiable. We actively cooperate with law enforcement to combat child exploitation.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Game. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
